Great engineers build great APIs. But they're not trained to write great docs.
Larry Scott, Founder of API Docs Accelerator
When I worked as a solutions engineer, most of my days started the same way: partner tickets, Slack threads, and recurring calendar invites labeled “Integration Questions.”
It didn't take long to realize that the issue wasn't our API. It was our documentation.
Developers were asking the same things over and over: How do I verify a webhook? Why does this call fail with a 401? Where do I find a working example? We weren't short on technical talent. We were short on clarity. Our docs existed, but they didn't teach. So instead of fixing them, the support and solutions teams became the living documentation.
At Healthie, I saw how much that cost. Support queues ballooned, engineers were pulled into “just one more call,” and onboarding that should take hours dragged into weeks. I remember thinking, “If we just rewrote this one section, we'd save dozens of hours every month.”
It was the same pattern at CoverMyMeds and ScriptDrop. Great APIs, brilliant engineers, but every integration slowed down at the same point: unclear docs.
When I joined ezCater's platform team, I helped unify identity and access systems for enterprise customers, and it hit me again: documentation wasn't a side task. It was a core part of the product experience.
That's why I started API Docs Accelerator.
To help API-first companies turn confusing docs into silent growth engines, so support teams can breathe again, partners can self-serve, and engineers can get back to building.
This isn't an agency approach. It's built from the inside out by someone who's lived in the queue, written production code, and sat in those “why isn't this working” calls.
Every project is grounded in one simple idea: docs should do the talking, not your engineers.

Every company thinks their documentation challenges are unique. They're not. Here's what I've witnessed across industries.
“Partner onboarding took days of back-and-forth over basic auth questions. The API was solid, but partners couldn't figure out how to use it.”
“There were almost no docs at all. Engineers spent half their time answering the same integration questions over and over.”
“Complex ONC-certified requirements got lost in translation. Non-technical support reps learned to answer API questions because engineers were too slow to respond.”
“Webhook documentation was a mystery. Partners would implement integrations wrong, then blame us when things broke.”
We're not a solo operation. Our team of API documentation specialists is ready to hit the ground running on your project.
Technical writers with deep API experience, ready to start on your project. No scrambling to find resources.
My 15+ years of experience informs every project. I review all deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
